As a trilingual C-level executive leader and executive & advisory board member with 15+ years of proven track record in academia and the FMCG industry, my ultimate key to deliver business results lies in bringing the right person into the right position - and to help them shine.

Background and purpose
Two hearts have always been beating within my chest: a passion for science and technology and a deep fascination with humans and psychology.
As a Ph.D. analytical chemist and after over a decade as a leader and executive board member in large organisations in innovation, technology, digital transformation, data, science, sustainability and consumer centricity roles, my motivation still is to bring the right person into the right position - and to help them shine.
I had myself the opportunity to experience the benefits of strengths-based development as an individual coachee and as both a team member and a team leader. And my next step was crystal clear: to train as a Gallup-certified strengths coach.
Thus, I became the first strengths coach within Switzerland’s biggest retailer and a company-internal strengths champion, in addition to my full-time leadership role.

Since then, I combine my main occupation’s perennial and practical leadership experience with my coaching expertise and am available as an avocational strengths-coach.
